Other than an enormous stretch of white sand beach and fresh food dining, is there anything going on in the Kaanapali area? Yep, with all the visitors in town, the stretch of area between Lahaina and Kahana is very active having multiple projects taking place.

Whalers Village is undergoing a major renovation. Anticipating completion by the end of 2016, the mall will be reinvigorated. The year and half assignments includes new lighting, restrooms, stairs, flooring, landscape, venders, and additional space. For both consumers and staff, the outcome is awaiting.
Being surrounded by multiple courses, golfing events and fundraisers are foreseen. This past weekend, BMW held a 36 hole Modified Stableford Format. With teams of two amateurs and one PGA professional, April 28th, 29th, and 30th was a drive to make it to the U.S. Finals at Pinehurst.

The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach is preparing to remodel the front desk and lobby area. After the summer, the front desk staff and AOAO will be temporarily relocated to the lower level. Having decades of excellent hospitality and services, the Whaler stays ambitious to keep their facilities updated. Doing this keeps owners and guests coming back year after year.
On the opposite side of Black Rock, Maui Kaanapali Villas is undergoing a major renovation. With realigning of the water pipes to an energy renewal project, this oceanfront property does not defer any maintenance. Also known as the Hale Kaanapali, Maui Kaanapali Villas has not only started but has set the final completion date to late 2017.

Kaanapali, being such a small community, is consistently feeding projects to better aid visitors. This year, alone, is filled with activities, projects, and summer events. If your in the Kaanapali area, please stop at the Harris Hawaii Realty office.
